Shipping

Please note that due to the current situation, there are still significant delays in the postal system.

Shipping (Australia)

Lyredale ships only within Australia, as we are in a rural location, shipping times maybe a little longer

Conditions:

  • Lyredale’s preferred carrier is Australia Post. Occasionally orders may be sent with a courier.

  • Orders may be sent as separate parcels.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is accurate. In the event of a returned parcel, the cost of the order will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred by Lyredale. If you wish to have the parcel resent, you will need to pay new shipping charges.  This will also apply if the order had free shipping.

  • Orders that attract Free Shipping will be sent with a shipping carrier of Lyredale's choice.

Packaging:

All possible care will be taken to ensure your order is wrapped and packed to limit any chance of breakages and spillages during transit. All orders will be packed in boxes along with compostable packing materials to keep the items cushioned. Packaging maybe be up-cycled to help the environment.

In the unfortunate event of a breakage, please contact me within 48-hours of the order being received with pictures of the damage. Options will then be advised.

Dispatch:

Where possible, all orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business-days after payment has been received.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to an order being filled and shipped.

We also offer PayPal 

Shop and pay with the safety of PayPal. When selecting this option, you will be directed to PayPal's secure site and asked to log into your PayPal account or to set up a new PayPal account. Don’t want to set up a PayPal account; you can still pay with credit card through their secure site without creating an account. No personal details are passed onto us other than the transaction amount and your delivery address.

Refunds and Returns

Lyredale will abide by Australian Statutory Legal requirements in regards to products that are faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact us with the details of the fault and any photos. 

Any items that are to be returned will be assessed and will either be replaced or refunded accordingly. Refunds are issued on the cost of the product only and not any postage costs incurred.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the goods were paid. If for any reason this is not  possible your bank or paypal account details will be required to  complete the refund.

 

Refunds will not be offered on change of mind purchases or if you do not like how it smells.

In the event a parcel has an Authority to Leave when being delivered, items that are damaged, lost or stolen will not be refunded or replaced. Due to Australia's weather conditions, it is advised against requesting an Authority to Leave to prevent damage products.

Due to health and hygiene concerns, any bath and body products purchased cannot be returned or refunded if the seals are broken or damaged. Please be sure to read all ingredients listed in the description and contact me prior to purchase if you have any concerns or questions.
